As an independent-fundamental church, leadership and membership share a unified responsibility to operate strictly according to Biblical mandates, defending and supporting the core doctrines established in God’s Word.

Completely autonomous in operations. Woodside Baptist Church is not subject to any external organization, denominational convention, or governing fellowship, placing local governance entirely within its own congregation under scriptural guidelines.
Fundamental
Committed to historical orthodoxy. The church intentionally maintains and actively safeguards the foundational doctrines of the faith, preserving them against modern theological compromises.
WBC CONSTITUTION
Doctrinal Summary of the WBC Constitution
The doctrinal position set forth in the Constitution of Woodside Baptist Church is built upon the following eight constitutional declarations of faith:

The Holy Scriptures: The Bible is the verbally inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. We exclusively preach and teach from the King James Version (KJV).

The Holy Trinity: There is one true God, eternally existent and manifested in three co-equal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ: He is the Son of God—virgin born, completely sinless in life, died substitutionally for our sins, physically rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return in literal power and glory.

The Divine Mediator: Jesus Christ acts as the great High Priest, continually making direct intercession for believers before the Father.

Human Nature & Regeneration: All men are sinners by nature and inherently at enmity with God. Therefore, modern spiritual regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential to salvation.

Salvation by Grace: Men are justified exclusively by faith in the shed blood of Christ. Salvation is received entirely through grace, independent of human works.

Believer's Baptism: Every born-again individual is expected to publicly declare their personal faith through the symbolic act of baptism.

The Holy Spirit: The Spirit convicts of sin, secures believers as children of God through the new birth, assures them of heaven, and indwells them to enable a godly lifestyle.
