Chuck & Alyce CrabtreeFrom a marriage of a Choctaw Indian to an Irish lady, God brought Charles Gilbert Crabtree into the world on March 06, 1935, in Lusk, Wyoming.
"My first six years were lived in Red Rock, Oklahoma. From there, my dad, Elmer, and mom, Goldie, Crabtree and me moved to Denver, Colorado. I attended Mt. View grade school and Wheatridge junior and senior high schools. Upon graduation, I enrolled in Bob Jones University, where I trusted the Lord as my Savior, and then was called to preach." "While at BJU, two men and I formed an acrobatic team and traveled in ministry for six years. The Lord brought Alyce Honaker into my life and we married in 1960; the very best girl for me in the ministry who God has given to me – the ministry of evangelism. This calling is an extension of Woodside Baptist Church. With five children and five grandchildren, my wife and I are enjoying fifty-two years of marriage, over fifty years of ministry, and over fifty years of God’s wonderful gift of salvation. It is with great thankfulness for all of this and the privilege of serving the Lord at Woodside Baptist Church under the pastoral leadership of Dr. Craig Scott." |
