Jonathan & Janae Scott

Pastor Jonathan (Jono) Scott has been a part of Woodside Baptist Church since Woodside’s beginning. He has been a part (in some fashion) of just about every ministry at Woodside. As a youth he loved being a part of the children, youth, and music programs. As a college student, he interned as a children/youth intern for two summers. Soon after his graduation from Bible College (B.A. in Biblical Studies) in 2004, he married his wife, Janae. That same summer, he became children’s pastor at Woodside. Shortly thereafter, he became the administrator of Woodside Baptist School. In the summer of 2008, Jono transitioned into the children/youth pastor.

Pastor Jono loves being a part of the youth ministry, and has the desire that youth and families grow in their relationship with God and each other. His personal desire is that God be glorified through his ministry - especially in the equipping of Christians, the evangelizing of the lost, and the strengthening of families.

Pastor Jono and his wife Janae have four children: Anna, Michael, Matthew, and Lydia. He is currently working on a Master's Degree.
