Dr. & Mrs. Craig Scott, Senior Pastor

In ministry since 1969, Pastor Scott has been at Woodside since its inception in 1988.   He oversees the ministry and preaches on a weekly basis.  His sermons are broadcast weekly on radio KRKS AM-990 and KRKS FM-94.7.  He is the president of Woodside Baptist School and Woodside Music Academy.  He serves as a board member on various organizations.  Pastor Scott has received an honorary Doctor of Divinity and regularly speaks at various conferences and retreats.  Pastor Scott and Karen have four grown children, all of which are serving in various full time Christian ministries.   
Pastor teaches and preaches that our purpose/mission is to glorify God--to be a good commercial for Jesus Christ. Our goal/vision is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry and to fulfill the Great Commission.
His desire for our future is that more people be brought to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and equipped to serve Him. His deep desire is that every man, woman and child at Woodside be mighty in spirit for God.
